  • Expenses for the Driver and Vehicle: The package includes all costs associated with the driver and vehicle. This takes care of the cost of gasoline, lodging for the driver, and other operating-related charges.
  • GST, or the 5% Goods and Services Tax:

 

Exclusions

  • Meals not included in the itinerary: The package will not cover any additional meals beyond those listed in the itinerary.
  • Entry fees to tourist destinations, monuments, etc.: Generally speaking, the package does not include the admission costs or tickets needed to visit tourist destinations, monuments, museums, or any other attractions listed in the schedule.
  • Tipping, insurance, laundry, porter services at hotels and airports, etc. Travel insurance, laundry services, tips for drivers and guides, porterage (help with luggage), and other costs are typically not covered by the package.
  • Everything that is personal: The package does not include costs for personal shopping, phone calls, internet use, spa services, or any other expenses.
  • Any expenses resulting from natural disasters similar to barriers like landslides: Traveler costs are not covered by the package and must be covered in the event of unforeseeable events like strikes, natural disasters, or political upheaval.
  • Anything from higher gasoline prices to higher taxes that result in higher surface transportation: The increased expenditures will not be covered by the package if taxes or fuel prices rise and drive up transportation costs.
  • Anything that is not included in the list: Exclusions are items that are not included in the list of included services or expenses, and the passenger is responsible for covering them on their own.


Payment Policy

  • 120 Days Before Travel: Pay 10% of the package cost to initiate and confirm the booking.
  • 60 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 20% of the package cost to maintain the reservation.
  • 30 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 50% of the package cost to finalize arrangements.
  • 15 Days Before Travel: Settle the remaining 100% of the package cost to complete payment.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Amount: Non-refundable.

  • 30 to 44 Days Before Arrival: 50% of total trip cost.
  • 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: 75% of total trip cost.
  • 0 to 14 Days Before Arrival or No Show: 100% of total trip cost.
  • Written cancellation is accepted on all working days except Sundays. Adverse weather, natural calamity, etc., will be handled as per itinerary or voucher issuance.
