Spiritual Experience, Not a Religious Institution:
Hindu Devalaya Yatra is a travel and pilgrimage service provider, not a temple authority or religious trust. We coordinate tours, accommodations, transport, and darshan assistance but do not influence temple administration, rituals, or deity-related services.

Accuracy of Information:
All itineraries, temple timings, and details are shared based on information available from respective authorities and verified sources at the time of publication. However, schedules, rituals, or temple access may change without prior notice due to local or administrative reasons.

Third-Party Services:
Hotels, transport operators, guides, and service partners engaged during the tour operate independently. Hindu Devalaya Yatra acts as a coordinator and shall not be liable for any deficiency, delay, or mishap caused by third-party service providers.

Force Majeure Conditions:
Hindu Devalaya Yatra shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as natural calamities, strikes, route diversions, political unrest, or temple closures. In such events, every effort will be made to provide alternate arrangements or reschedule the tour.

Health & Personal Responsibility:
Travellers are requested to assess their physical fitness before undertaking pilgrimage journeys. We are not liable for any medical emergencies, injuries, or losses incurred during the tour. All guests are advised to carry personal medication and travel insurance.

Photographs & Content Usage:
Any images or testimonials shared voluntarily by guests may be used by Hindu Devalaya Yatra for spiritual promotion and awareness purposes, respecting privacy and dignity at all times.

Legal Jurisdiction:
All matters arising out of Hindu Devalaya Yatra services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh (India) courts.
