 Terms & Conditions – Hindu Devalaya Yatra (Inbound Tours)

Welcome to Hindu Devalaya Yatra! By confirming your pilgrimage with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a smooth, sacred, and transparent travel experience.

1. Booking & Confirmation

1. All bookings must be made in writing or via official Hindu Devalaya Yatra communication channels.
2. Confirmation is subject to receipt of the prescribed advance payment.
3. Final itinerary, hotel details, and driver contact information will be shared 3–5 days before the journey.
4. All travellers must carry a valid government photo ID during the tour.

2. Payments

1. Advance Payment: Minimum 75% of total package cost at the time of booking.
2. Balance Payment: To be settled 7 days before the start of the tour.
3. Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other authorized modes in the name of Hindu Devalaya Yatra.
4. Any additional costs (entry tickets, pooja charges, extended stays, etc.) must be paid directly by the guest.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
2. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
   • 30 days before travel – 10% of total cost
   • 15–29 days before travel – 25% of total cost
   • 7–14 days before travel – 50% of total cost
   • Less than 7 days – 100% (no refund)
3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after written confirmation.
4. In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or temple closures, only the unutilized portion (if any) will be refunded after deduction of actual expenses.

4. Tour Cost Includes

• Accommodation as per itinerary (on twin/triple sharing).
• Vehicle with driver for the entire tour (toll, parking, driver allowance).
• Temple visit coordination & basic darshan assistance.
• Complimentary water bottles and travel guidance booklet.

5. Tour Cost Excludes

• Airfare, train tickets, or local pooja charges.
• VIP or Special Entry Tickets at temples (unless stated).
• Personal expenses (laundry, tips, room service, etc.).
• Travel insurance and medical costs.

6. Hotels & Vehicle Policy

1. Hotels are selected based on cleanliness, safety, and proximity to temples.
2. Room allocation is as per hotel policy (same category or higher).
3. Vehicle type (Sedan, Innova, Tempo Traveller, etc.) will be provided as per group size and itinerary.
4. Any additional kilometre usage or route change beyond the itinerary will incur extra charges.

7. Travel Responsibility

1. Guests are requested to maintain discipline and dress modestly at temple premises.
2. Hindu Devalaya Yatra is not responsible for loss of valuables or personal belongings during travel.
3. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, temple timings, or traffic restrictions.
4. All pilgrims are expected to respect local customs, temple protocols, and group harmony.

8. Health & Safety

1. Travellers with medical conditions must inform us prior to departure.
2. We recommend carrying basic medication, personal toiletries, and suitable footwear for temple visits.
3. In case of emergency, the nearest medical facility will be arranged (subject to availability).

9. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control—such as natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or temple closures—Hindu Devalaya Yatra shall not be liable for non-performance. However, every effort will be made to reschedule or provide equivalent alternatives.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.

11. Spiritual Integrity Clause

At Hindu Devalaya Yatra, our tours are not merely travel packages—they are spiritual experiences.
We uphold temple sanctity, traditional dharmic values, and respect for all deities and devotees.
Guests are kindly expected to participate with humility and reverence, ensuring the divine essence of the yatra remains intact.
