The amount booked is non-refundable.
50% of the total travel cost 30 to 44 days before arrival.
75 percent of the entire trip fee is due 15 to 29 days prior to arrival.
100% of the entire trip fee is due 0 to 14 days prior to arrival or if you do not show up.
All working days (apart from Sundays) are acceptable for written cancellations. Unfavorable weather conditions, natural disasters, etc., shall be handled in accordance with the itinerary or voucher issued.
