Prior to the tour starting, the balance payment must be paid.

Any applicable cancelation fees and any non-refundable hotel, transportation, or service charges will be subtracted before processing refunds, if any.

Temple darshan, entry, pooja, and seva depend on temple authorities and temple authorities' timings.

Temple timings and procedures may change without notice.

Guests should carry government‑issued photo ID during the journey.

The vehicle will operate according to the agreed itinerary and permitted duty hours.

Any expenses arising from traffic restrictions, weather, road conditions, natural events, government regulations, strikes, temple closures, or unforeseen circumstances will be payable by the guest where applicable.

Unless otherwise noted, travel insurance is not covered.

Guests are requested to follow temple dress codes, security regulations, and instructions issued by temple authorities.
