  • The entry fees or tickets needed to visit tourist destinations, monuments, museums, or any other attractions listed in the itinerary are typically not included in the package.
  • Tips, laundry, insurance, porterage at hotels and airports, etc. Generally, the package does not cover costs like laundry services, travel insurance, tips for drivers and guides, porterage (help with luggage), and other related expenses.
  • Every personal item: The bundle excludes costs for personal shopping, phone calls, internet use, spa services, and other miscellaneous costs.
  • Any expenses brought on by tragedies of natural landslides, barricades, etc.:
  • The traveler is responsible for covering any costs resulting from unanticipated events like strikes, political upheaval, or natural catastrophes. These costs are not covered by the package.
  • Any rise in fuel or taxes that raises the cost of surface transportation: The package will not cover any additional expenditures incurred if fuel or tax increases raise the cost of transportation.
  • Anything not included in the list of inclusions: Any services or costs that aren't specifically listed in the list of inclusions will be regarded as excluded and will need to be covered independently by the traveler.



Payment Policy

  • 120 Days Before Travel: Pay 10% of the package cost to initiate and confirm the booking.
  • 60 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 20% of the package cost to maintain the reservation.
  • 30 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 50% of the package cost to finalize arrangements.
  • 15 Days Before Travel: Settle the remaining 100% of the package cost to complete payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 45 days or more before the departure date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the departure date will incur 50% cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made six days prior to the departure date will incur 100% cancellation fees.
