  • Payment at the Time of Booking:50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Final Payment:The remaining 50 % of the total package cost is to be paid on or before the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Amount: Non-refundable.
  • 30 to 44 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total trip cost.
  • 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: 75% of the total trip cost.
  • 0 to 14 Days Before Arrival or No Show: 100% of the total trip cost.

Note: Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days except Sunday. Any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday). In case of adverse weather, natural calamity, local issues, government orders, or any unforeseen circumstances during the trip, our team will try to execute services as per the itinerary. However, if it does not happen, no refund will be processed. If the trip cannot be started due to unavoidable circumstances before starting, Hindudevalayayatra.com will issue a voucher for 100% of the amount, redeemable within 12 months from the voucher issuance date.
