Payment Policy

  • 50% of the entire booking price for the bundle.
  • 15% of the entire package price, payable 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  •  25% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the departure date.
  • 50% cancellation fees apply to cancellations made up to 30 days before the departure date.
  • 100% cancellation fees apply to cancellations made six days or less before the departure date.
     

Terms & Conditions

  • With a restricted operating season, Chardham is a seasonal pilgrimage journey. In comparison to the off-season, hotels might charge more, and their quality might change.
  • Based on the size of the group, accommodations in Kedarnath are in basic Dharamshala with shared rooms (triple, quadruple, or six sharing).
  • There may not be many hotels in the hilly areas with amenities like TV, air conditioning, intercom, Wi-Fi, or a lift.
  • Roads that are inclined or have parked cars will not allow AC to operate.
  • At all accommodations, presentable identification is needed at check-in.
  • Check-in and check-out times for hotels are 15:00 and 11:00, respectively.
  • The package includes meals that will be served as a buffet or set menu.
  • For a brief visit or underutilized amenities, there is no return.
  • Mattresses or rollaway beds can be used as extra beds.Decisions made by hotel management may affect the distribution of rooms.
  • In the event of a breakdown, a substitute vehicle will be scheduled.
  • The green card application process at the Uttarakhand border could take up to three hours.
  • For the greatest experience, customers are given assistance as some drivers may not have much understanding.
  • It may be necessary for visitors to take other transportation at their own expense in no entrance zones or restricted regions.
  • Road, weather, and governmental conditions can affect tours.
  • Weather-related cancellations, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any mishaps, injuries, or thefts that occur during the tour are not the company's fault.
  • If money is not received in advance, services will be canceled.
  • Only Uttarakhand courts have jurisdiction.
