  • 120 Days Before Travel: Pay 10% of the package cost to initiate and confirm the booking.
  • 60 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 20% of the package cost to maintain the reservation.
  • 30 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 50% of the package cost to finalize arrangements.
  • 15 Days Before Travel: Settle the remaining 100% of the package cost to complete payment.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation money cannot be refunded. You will not receive a refund for the initial booking amount, regardless of when you cancel.
The cost of a cancellation depends on when you give notice; the closer to your departure date, the more expensive the cancellation will be.

  • 50% of the total trip cost 30–44 days before arrival.
  • 75 percent of the entire travel cost 15–29 days before arrival.
  • 100% of the total trip cost (no refund) if you cancel or arrive less than 14 days in advance.
