• 120 Days Before Travel: Pay 10% of the package cost to initiate and confirm the booking.
• 60 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 20% of the package cost to maintain the reservation.
• 30 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 50% of the package cost to finalize arrangements.
• 15 Days Before Travel: Settle the remaining 100% of the package cost to complete payment.

If you need to cancel the trip that you purchased via Hindu Devalaya Yatra, the fees listed above are what you'll be responsible for. An outline of the main ideas is provided below:Non-refundable is the booking amount. The original booking fee will not be reimbursed, regardless of when you cancel.

• Refund fees are contingent upon the time of notification: The cancellation cost increases as you approach your departure date.
• Fifty percent of the overall travel cost (30–44 days before arrival).
• 25% of the total trip cost if booked 15–29 days in advance.
• If you cancel or show up less than 14 days in advance, you will be charged 100% of the total trip cost.

• Please be aware that our cabs can only travel as far as permitted.
• Visitors must use local cars or battery-powered rickshaws (on direct payment) to navigate the tiny roads leading to temples and ghats. They are also responsible for covering any costs resulting from landslides, barricades, etc.
• The package does not cover unforeseen costs like as strikes, natural disasters, or political unrest; these must be handled by the traveler.
• Any increase in taxes or fuel costs that drives up surface transportation:
• If taxes or fuel prices increase and transportation costs rise, the package will not pay for the additional expenses.
• Anything that is not listed as an inclusion in the list will be considered an exclusion and will have to be paid for on their initiative by the traveler.

  A guest has to use a local Autos or battery rickshaw to visit Temple & ghat in Narrow lanes ( on direct payment )Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc.: Costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest are not included in the package and will have to be borne by the traveler. Any increase in taxes or fuel leading to an increase in surface transport: If there is an increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to an increase in transportation costs, the additional expenses will not be covered in the package. Anything not mentioned in the inclusions: Any services or expenses not explicitly mentioned in the list of inclusions will be considered exclusions and will have to be paid for separately by the traveler.
