  • Meals not indicated in the itinerary: The package will not cover any additional meals beyond those listed in the itinerary.
  • Entrance fees to monuments, tourist sites, etc.: Generally speaking, the package does not include the admission costs or tickets needed to visit monuments, museums, or any other attractions that are listed in the itinerary.
  • Laundry, gratuity, insurance, and porter services at hotels and airports Packages typically do not include costs for porterage (help with luggage), travel insurance, gratuities for drivers and guides, and laundry services.
  • Anything personal: The package does not include costs for personal shopping, phone calls, internet use, spa treatments, or any other personal expenses.
  • Any expenses resulting from tragedies caused by nature such as landslides, barricades, etc.:
  • The traveler is responsible for covering any costs resulting from unanticipated events like strikes, political upheaval, or natural catastrophes. These costs are not covered by the package.
  • Any rise in fuel or taxes that raises the cost of surface transportation: The package will not cover any additional expenditures incurred if fuel or tax increases raise the cost of transportation.
  • Anything not included in the list of inclusions: Any services or costs that aren't specifically listed in the list of inclusions will be regarded as excluded and will need to be covered independently by the passenger.


Payment Policy

  • 120 Days Before Travel: Pay 10% of the package cost to initiate and confirm the booking.
  • 60 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 20% of the package cost to maintain the reservation.
  • 30 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 50% of the package cost to finalize arrangements.
  • 15 Days Before Travel: Settle the remaining 100% of the package cost to complete payment.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Amount: Non-refundable.

  • 30 to 44 Days Before Arrival: 50% of total trip cost.
  • 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: 75% of total trip cost.
  • 0 to 14 Days Before Arrival or No Show: 100% of total trip cost.
  • Written cancellation is accepted on all working days except Sundays. Adverse weather, natural calamity, etc., will be handled as per itinerary or voucher issuance.

Terms & Conditions

Attire for Temple Visits:

  •  For the men, kurta, pancha, or pyjamas/dhotis with a shirt.
  • For ladies, wear a half saree or churidhar with a saree or dupatta. Jeans, night pants, and track suits, among other Western attire, are prohibited.
