• For the length of the tour, stay in deluxe rooms at the hotels listed below or in properties comparable to them.
• Meals: The hotels serve breakfast and dinner every day, which are complimentary.
• Transportation: For all surface travel, a private, air-conditioned vehicle will be provided in accordance with the itinerary.
• Expenses for the driver and vehicle consist of fuel, lodging, tolls, parking, and other associated costs.
• A traditional houseboat stay in Alleppey that includes meals served onboard is available for an overnight stay.
• Transfers: Departure and arrival at Ernakulam Railway Station or Cochin Airport.

• Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your reservation.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid on or before the travel date.

• Booking Deposit: To secure your reservation, you must pay a 30% deposit when you book.
• Full Payment: The remaining 70% of the cost must be paid at least seven days before departure.
• Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 7 days before departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made with  net banking, or UPI. Cash payments may be allowed in certain instances.

• Recommended Items: Ensure you carry valid ID proof, appropriate clothing, toiletries, basic medical supplies, and any other personal items you may need during the trip.
• Cancellation Procedure: Written cancellation requests will be accepted on all working days except Sundays. In cases of adverse weather, natural calamities, or other unforeseen events, arrangements will be handled according to the itinerary or voucher terms.

Dress Code for Temple Visits:

• Gents: Traditional attire such as Kurta with Pyjama or Dhoti paired with a shirt, or Pancha with a shirt. (Western outfits like jeans, night pants, and tracksuits are not allowed.)
• Ladies: Traditional attire such as a Saree, Half Saree, or Chudidhar with a Dupatta. (Western outfits are not permitted.)
