  • 60 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 20% of the package cost to maintain the reservation.
  • 30 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 50% of the package cost to finalize arrangements.
  • 15 Days Before Travel: Settle the remaining 100% of the package cost to complete payment.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Amount: Non-refundable.

30 to 44 Days Before Arrival: 50% of total trip cost.

15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: 75% of total trip cost.

0 to 14 Days Before Arrival or No Show: 100% of total trip cost.

Written cancellation is accepted on all working days except Sundays. Adverse weather, natural calamity, etc., will be handled as per itinerary or voucher issuance.
