  • Any expenses resulting from landslides, obstacles, etc. that are natural: Travelers are responsible for covering any costs incurred as a result of unforeseeable events, such as strikes, natural catastrophes, or political upheaval. These costs are not covered by the package.
  • Any rise in fuel or taxes that raises the cost of surface transportation: The package will not cover any additional expenditures incurred if fuel or tax increases raise the cost of transportation.

  • Any services or costs that aren't specifically listed in the list of inclusions will be regarded as excluded and will need to be covered independently by the passenger.
     


Payment Policy

  • 120 Days Before Travel: Pay 10% of the package cost to initiate and confirm the booking.
  • 60 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 20% of the package cost to maintain the reservation.
  • 30 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 50% of the package cost to finalize arrangements.
  • 15 Days Before Travel: Settle the remaining 100% of the package cost to complete payment.

Cancellation Policy

 The amount booked is non-refundable.

  • 50% of the total trip fee is due 30 to 44 days prior to arrival.
  • 25% of the total trip fee is due 15 to 29 days before arrival.
  • • 100% of the total trip cost if arrival is made 0–14 days in advance or if no show-up.
  • • On all weekdays, excluding Sundays, written cancellations are accepted.
  • Inclement weather and natural disasters shall be handled in accordance with the itinerary or voucher that is issued.
