• 15 Days Before Travel: Settle the remaining 100% of the package cost to complete payment.

This cancellation policy outlines the fees you'd incur if you need to cancel your trip booked through Hindu Devalaya Yatra. Here's a breakdown of the key points:

• Booking amount is non-refundable: No matter when you cancel, the booking amount you initially paid won't be refunded.

• Cancellation charges depend on notification timing: the closer you get to your departure date, the higher the cancellation fee.

  • 30-44 days before arrival: 50% of the total trip cost.

  • 15-29 days before arrival: 75% of the total trip cost.

  • 0-14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total trip cost (no refund).

Please take note:

• We will only drive our cars as far as is allowed.
• Visitors must utilize local automobiles or battery-powered rickshaws to access temples and ghats in narrow roads (with payment in advance).Any expenses resulting from landslides, obstacles, etc. that are natural: Travelers are responsible for covering any costs incurred as a result of unforeseeable events, such as strikes, natural catastrophes, or political upheaval. These costs are not covered by the package.
• Anything that raises fuel prices or taxes and causes surface transportation to rise: The additional expenses won't be covered by the package if taxes or gasoline prices rise and drive up the cost of transportation.
• Anything that was left out of the inclusions: Any fees or services Anything that isn't specifically listed in the list of inclusions is an exclusion and will need to be covered separately by the traveler.
