  • Natural catastrophe costs: These are the out-of-pocket expenses resulting from unforeseen events such as storms, floods, or other natural disasters.
  • Cost increases or levies: Any supplementary expenses brought on by adjustments to government levies or increases in the price of fuel.
  • Anything Not Included in the Package: Any extra services or facilities that aren't made explicit in the inclusions list of the package.
  • GST: Five percent of the entire package price is the Goods and Services Tax.



Payment Policy

  • Booking Confirmation: 50% of the total package cost required at the time of booking.
  • Final Payment: Remaining 50% to be paid on or before the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Amount: Non-refundable.
  • 30 to 44 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total trip cost.
  • 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: 75% of the total trip cost.
  • 0 to 14 Days Before Arrival or No Show: 100% of the total trip cost.
  • Written cancellation accepted on all working days except Sundays. Adverse weather, natural calamity, etc., handled as per the itinerary or voucher issuance.

Terms & Conditions

Wearing a pancha with a shirt, kurta, or pyjamas/dhoti with a shirt is appropriate for males when visiting temples.
Ladies: Pair your Dupatta/Saree with a chudidhar or half a saree. (Western attire is prohibited and includes night pants, track suits, and jeans.)
Rules Regarding Visits to Temples:
Darshan Receipt: A printed copy of the receipt is required for those who book a Darshan reservation.
Proof of Photo ID: All devotees must have their original photo ID on them upon reporting.
Electronics: Steer clear of carrying around electronics like computers and telephones.
Tickets for Darshan are non-refundable.
