Drive to Munnar, a charming hill station renowned for its tea estates and verdant surroundings, for four hours.
En route, take in the captivating Valara Falls and Cheeyappara Waterfalls, which are ideal for a brief photo op.
When you arrive, check into your resort and unwind.
Learn about the production of tea and its journey from leaf to cup by spending the evening at the renowned Tea Museum.

Inclusions

  • Accommodations: Book Deluxe rooms at the hotels mentioned above or similar accommodations.
  • Hotel meals include breakfast and dinner. This ensures you'll have food while you're there.
  • Transportation: During the trip, a luxurious, air-conditioned automobile provides surface transportation. All scheduled excursions and transportation are included in this.
  • Vehicle and Driver Expenses: All expenses related to the vehicle and driver are covered by the package. Fuel, the driver's accommodation, and other operating-related expenses are included in this.

Exclusions

  • Meals not specified in the itinerary: Any meals not specified in the itinerary are not covered by the package.
  • Admission costs to tourist destinations, monuments, etc.: In general, tickets or admission fees to monuments, museums, and other attractions specified in the itinerary are not included in the package.
  • Porter services, insurance, laundry, and gratuities at hotels and airports Porterage (help with luggage), travel insurance, driver and guide gratuities, and laundry services are usually not included in packages.
  • Anything private: Personal expenses such as phone calls, internet usage, spa treatments, and personal shopping are not included in the package.
  • Any costs associated with natural disasters like landslides, barricades, etc.: The passenger is in charge of paying for any expenses brought on by unforeseen circumstances like as strikes, political unrest, or natural disasters. The package does not include coverage for these expenses.
  • Increases in fuel or taxes that result in higher surface transportation costs: If fuel or tax increases result in higher transportation costs, the package will not reimburse any additional expenses.
  • Anything that was left out of the list of inclusions: Any services or expenses not expressly mentioned in the list of inclusions will be considered omitted and must be paid for by the traveler on their own.
  • Tax on Goods and Services (GST): VAT is included in the package price by 5%. Government regulations require this tax.



Payment Policy

  • 120 Days Before Travel: Pay 10% of the package cost to initiate and confirm the booking.
  • 60 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 20% of the package cost to maintain the reservation.
  • 30 Days Before Travel: Pay an additional 50% of the package cost to finalize arrangements.
  • 15 Days Before Travel: Settle the remaining 100% of the package cost to complete payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Amount: Non-refundable.
  • 30 to 44 Days Before Arrival: 50% of total trip cost.
  • 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: 75% of total trip cost.
  • 0 to 14 Days Before Arrival or No Show: 100% of total trip cost.
  • Written cancellation is accepted on all working days except Sundays. Adverse weather, natural calamity, etc., will be handled as per itinerary or voucher issuance.

Official identity, appropriate clothing, medical supplies, personal hygiene items, and optional extras are all advised.

The following is the cancellation policy: written cancellations are only permitted throughout the week. The terms stated in the itinerary or voucher apply to cancellations due to bad weather, natural disasters, etc.

Clothing for Visiting Temples:

For men, a shirt and kurta, pancha, or pajamas or dhotis.

Wear a churidhar or half saree with a saree or dupatta for women. Among other Western clothing, it is forbidden to wear jeans, track suits, and night pants.
