Payment Policy

Booking Payment: 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the reservation.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% is to be paid on or before the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Procedure for Cancellation: Written cancellation notices must be made to Hindudevalayayatra@gmail.com or info@hindudevalayayatra.com.
Refund Policies:

  • 50% refund from 21 to 45 days prior.
  • 15% off if you order 15–20 days in advance.
  • A 20% refund is offered 11–14 days prior.

There will be no reimbursement if the Yatra medical checkup is refused by local doctors less than ten days prior.
Non-refundable Reservation Amount: There is no refund for the reservation fee.
Replacements are accepted at no additional cost if they are requested with the required documentation up to 20 days prior to the Yatra date.
Return Processing Time: After a cancellation, refunds will be handled within 15 business days.

  • Please obey these rules as soon as you enter the mandir grounds. This is a sacred and spiritual area, not a tourist destination.
  • Observe the Mandir's Rules: Respect all guidelines established by the mandir management.
  • Keep discipline and decorum in mind: It is expected that you will always act with respect.
  • Cell Phones Prohibited: It is completely forbidden to use cell phones.
  • No photography or videography: Taking pictures or films within the mandir is prohibited.
  • Don Respectful Clothes: Don't upset other enthusiasts by dressing modestly.
  • Refusing to Feed Monkeys: Please refrain from feeding monkeys for everyone's safety.
  • Pets and Weapons Are Not Allowed: Pets, weapons, ammo, and firearms are not allowed.
  • Restrictions on Entry: Alcohol, tobacco products, narcotic medicines, and non-vegetarian food should not be consumed before entering.
  • Honor Pujaaris: Take not demand that guards, pujaaris, or sewaks keep offerings.
  • Cash Donations: Place your money in the appropriate boxes or ask the office or reception desk for a valid receipt.
  • Ashram Access: Only residents and sewaks are permitted entry; do not enter the ashram area.
  • Avoid littering by disposing of your rubbish in the designated dustbins.
  • Kshipra River: The holy Kshipra River should not be bathed in or contaminated.
