  • Pick-up: A garland will be used by our tour leader to greet each visitor.
  • Buses are used to pick up guests from specific boarding locations.
  • The first place to visit is Sri Birla Mandir, sometimes referred to as Birla Temple.
  • Note: There will be an AC or non-AC bus available for pickup from the boarding location to Birla Mandir.
  • First-Half Points of Interest: Sri Birla Mandir
  • Charminar: A tour around the Charminar takes precisely fifteen minutes; climbing is not allowed.

  • Bus transport fees include transportation to all destinations on the itinerary as well as pick-up and drop-off services.
  • Seeing every location included on the itinerary is known as sightseeing.
  • Lunch, breakfast, and four water bottles each visitor round out the food and drink options.
  • Expensive tour guide services are provided for the duration of the tour.
     

Exclusions

  • Tickets for entry: The price of the package does not cover admission to any tourist destination. The price per person is about between Rs. 500 and Rs. 550. To beat the crowd, tour operators will take payment from visitors at each location and provide access passes.
    Charges for car Usage: Not mentioned are fees for using a car outside of designated areas.
    GST: The package base fare does not include the 5% Goods and Services Tax.


Payment Policy

  • Booking: 50% of the total package cost required to confirm the reservation.
  • Final Payment: Remaining 50% to be paid on or before the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Amount: Non-refundable.

  • 30 to 44 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total trip cost.
  • 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: 75% of the total trip cost.
  • 0 to 14 Days Before Arrival or No Show: 100% of the total trip cost.

Terms & Conditions

  • ID verification, proper attire, hygiene, medical supplies, and optional personal goods are suggested items.
  • Procedure for Cancellations: On all working days, excluding Sundays, written cancellations are allowed. Natural disasters, bad weather, etc., are handled in accordance with the parameters stated on the itinerary or voucher.
  • Remark: Transportation to Birla Mandir from the boarding location will be provided by either AC
