• Transportation: A comfortable car or bus ride from Tirupati to Horsley Hills and back.
• Accommodation: Spend one night at a resort or hotel in Horsley Hills.
• Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and supper on both days.
• Sightseeing: Admission prices to sites such as the zoo, temple, and environmental park.
• Zip-lining, trekking, and rock climbing are examples of adventure activities available in some packages.

• Booking Deposit: To secure your reservation, you must pay a 30% deposit when you book.
• Full Payment: The remaining 70% of the cost must be paid at least seven days before departure.
• Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 7 days before departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made with  net banking, or UPI. Cash payments may be allowed in certain instances.

• Full refund 15 days or more before departure, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 7 to 14 days before departure: receive a 50% refund on the entire package cost.
• There will be no refunds less than 7 days before departure.

No Show: If the traveler fails to show up for the excursion, no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure: If there are unanticipated occurrences such as natural catastrophes, pandemics, or government limitations, the tour may be rescheduled. If the trip cannot be rescheduled, a partial reimbursement may be offered, depending on the circumstances.

• Tour Inclusions: The package includes just the services and amenities specified in the itinerary.
• Accommodation is based on availability. The standard given will be consistent with the package selected.
• Travel Insurance: It is recommended that travelers get travel insurance. The company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal possessions that occur during the trip.
• Route Changes: The firm retains the right to change the route in the event of unforeseen circumstances (for example, weather, and road closures).
• Health and Safety: Before engaging in any activities, such as trekking or adventure sports, travelers should check that they are physically fit. The firm is not liable for medical issues that arise during the tour.
• Behavior: A traveler's disobedience, criminal action, or destruction of property may lead to canceling the tour without providing a refund.
• Liability: The company's liability is restricted to the full cost of the booked package. Any third-party services (such as hotel stays or transportation) are subject to the conditions of the service providers.
• Payment Obligations: Travelers must pay all outstanding balances before the tour departs.
• Government Regulations: All tourists must have valid identity (such as an Aadhar card or a passport) and follow local laws and regulations.
