Travel throughout South India on the holy Dwadasha Alvars Temple Darsana Yatra, a spiritual journey that visits the twelve Sacred Alvars' birthplaces and related Divya Desams. Alvar: Kanchipuram native Poigai Alvar

Route: Chennai to Kanchipuram (about 75 km in 2 hours)

Sri Infant Deities and Temples:

 Sri Thiruvekha Perumal (Sri Yathothkari Perumal): Vishnu softly rescuing a devotee.

 Sri Thiruvelukkai Perumal, also known as Sri Azhagiya Singar Perumal, is a representation of Vishnu with heavenly decorations.

 Sri Ashtabhujakaram Perumal: Sri Ashtabhujakara Perumal is a magnificent eight-armed Vishnu.

Sri Deepa Prakasa Perumal is the Thiruththanka Perumal, who is holding the heavenly torch of wisdom.

Sri Pandava Thoothar Perumal: Vishnu in a special pose associated with Pandava mythology.

 Sri Kanchi Varadaraja Perumal: Sri Varadaraja Perumal, the Grand Lord in a position of blessing.

Significance:  Sri Poigai Alvar's birthplace; the origin of Tamil SriVaishnavite hymns.

Alvar: Bhoothath Alvar (born near Mahabalipuram)

Route:  Sri Kanchipuram →  Sri Mahabalipuram (55 kilometers / 1.5 hrs) →  Sri Thiruvahindrapuram (70 kilometers / 2 hrs) → Cuddalore (20 70 kilometers / 30 min)

Temples & Sri Infant Deities:

Mahabalipuram: Birthplace region (no main  Sri Moolavar temple).

Devanayaka Perumal Temple, Thiruvahindrapuram: Sri Devanayaka Perumal—Vishnu on a hill, praised in hymns.

Significance: Divine knowledge and grace reflected in hymns.

Oppiliappan Temple: Sri Oppiliappan Perumal – Child-like sweet form of Vishnu, known for salt-free prasadam.

Payment Policy

  • At the time of booking, a 50% down payment of the entire tour cost is needed to secure your spot.
  • The remaining balance of 50% must be settled on or before the travel start date to ensure smooth participation in the yatra.

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% cancellation fee for packages canceled 30 to 45 days before arrival.
  • Seventy-five percent of the total fee will be charged for cancellations made between 15 and 29 days.
  • Less than 14 days before the trip date, cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a reimbursement.
  • Any request to cancel must be made in writing during business hours, which are Monday through Saturday.
  • Natural disasters or weather-related delays will be handled in line with the terms of the voucher and the tour schedule.
