  • Payment at the Time of Booking: 50% of the total package cost required to confirm the reservation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% to be paid on or before travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Amount: Non-refundable.
  • 30 to 44 Days Before Arrival: 50% of total trip cost.
  • 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: 75% of total trip cost.
  • 0 to 14 Days Before Arrival or No Show: 100% of total trip cost.
  • Written cancellation is accepted on all working days except Sundays. Adverse weather, natural calamity, etc., will be handled as per itinerary or voucher issuance.
