• Full refund 15 days or more before departure, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 7 to 14 days before departure: receive a 50% refund on the entire package cost.
• There will be no refunds less than 7 days before departure.

No Show: If the traveler fails to show up for the excursion, no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure: If there are unanticipated occurrences such as natural catastrophes, pandemics, or government limitations, the tour may be rescheduled. If the trip cannot be rescheduled, a partial reimbursement may be offered, depending on the circumstances.

• Behavior: A traveler's disobedience, criminal action, or destruction of property may lead to canceling the tour without providing a refund.
• Liability: The company's liability is restricted to the full cost of the booked package. Any third-party services (such as hotel stays or transportation) are subject to the conditions of the service providers.
• Payment Obligations: Travelers must pay all outstanding balances before the tour departs.
• Government Regulations: All tourists must have valid identity (such as an Aadhar card or a passport) and follow local laws and regulations.
